Shopping Information

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
Currently we offer Standard UK Delivery on all our orders. Once you have completed your order, you will receive an email to inform you of when your order has been shipped. Most Standard UK Deliveries will be shipped the next working day but in some cases may be delayed by up to 3-4 days. 
We promise our customers discreet packaging, and that's exactly what they get. All of our orders all delivered in plain packaging, with no images or graphics expect for the shipping label to guarantee a discreet shopping experience. 
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
For all Standard UK Deliveries, please allow 2-5 business days for your order to arrive.
Please note that all goods are subject to availability at that at times, delayed delivery is out of our control. We are confident that our courier partner is more than capable of delivering all orders on time, as 98% of our orders usually are. However, we do not accept responsibility for delayed, damaged or stolen goods or any charges caused by delayed delivery. 
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently we solely deliver to customers located within the United Kingdom.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept most forms of credit and debit card including VISA, Mastercard, American Express as well as online payment methods such as PayPal, ApplePay and Verified by Visa. 
Goods may only be shipped directly to the card holders billing address, unless Verified by Visa or Mastercard Secure Code is used. 
If you wish to have the goods sent to a differnt adress to that of the billing address, you will be required to complete payment using either the Verified by Visa or Mastercard SercureCode methods. 
We also offer an Express Checkout service for customers who have accounts with PayPal, GooglePay or ShopPay.

IS BUYING ONLINE SAFE?

Yes. We process our payments using some of the worlds leading third party payment providers including PayPal, GooglePay and Shopify's own ShopPay. 
We are also capable of securely accepting and processing payments in Bitcoin using the third party payment provider CoinCommerce, adding an extra level of anonymity to our discreet service.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
To place an order, simply browse our store to find and select the products which you wish to purchase. Add these products to your cart by selecting 'Add To Cart'. When you are finished shopping and ready to proceed to payment, select 'Proceed to Checkout' and from here you can enter your shipping and payments details to complete your order. 
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No - you don't need an account to place and order and can check out as a guest. 
However, you will be given the option to save your details and create an account with us once your order is complete. By creating an account, your details will be saved which will enable you to complete your purchase much easier and faster the next time you shop with us.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Once you have placed an order, you will have 24 hours to change or cancel the order. Once the item has shipped however, we will not be able to alter the order at this time. 
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once you have completed your order and entered your shipping and payment details you will receive an confirmation email to confirm that your order has been processed. Once your item has been shipped, you will be sent another email to confirm this before then receiving an email from our third party courier provider with details on how to track your shipment.
