HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
To place an order, simply browse our store to find and select the products which you wish to purchase. Add these products to your cart by selecting 'Add To Cart'. When you are finished shopping and ready to proceed to payment, select 'Proceed to Checkout' and from here you can enter your shipping and payments details to complete your order. 

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No - you don't need an account to place and order and can check out as a guest. 
However, you will be given the option to save your details and create an account with us once your order is complete. By creating an account, your details will be saved which will enable you to complete your purchase much easier and faster the next time you shop with us.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Once you have placed an order, you will have 24 hours to change or cancel the order. Once the item has shipped however, we will not be able to alter the order at this time. 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once you have completed your order and entered your shipping and payment details you will receive an confirmation email to confirm that your order has been processed. Once your item has been shipped, you will be sent another email to confirm this before then receiving an email from our third party courier provider with details on how to track your shipment.
